Your website will be built and ready to review within 48 hours of us receiving your completed intake form and all required assets. Once you're happy with it, we make it live. If we don't hit the 48-hour build deadline, your first month is free - that's our guarantee in writing.
After subscribing you'll receive a detailed intake form straight away. Fill it out as thoroughly as possible - the more detail you give us, the closer your site will be to your vision. Once we receive your completed form, your Notion board is activated and your 48-hour build clock starts. From that point on, everything happens through your Notion board - feedback, revisions, and all ongoing requests after launch.
No. Web48 is designed to work without calls or back-and-forth emails. Your intake form captures everything we need to get started. Simply fill it out, and we'll take it from there.
Every client gets a personal Notion board. Simply submit your request there - a text update, image swap, new section, or anything else you need. Requests are completed in the order they're received, one at a time. You'll be notified as soon as yours is done.
You can pause your subscription at any time by letting us know through your Notion board. Your subscription simply resumes when you're ready. No lock-in, no cancellation fees, no questions asked.
Your first 7 days after delivery are a dedicated revision window - submit as many changes as you need through your Notion board and we'll get them done. We won't mark your site as complete until you're happy with it. After the 7-day window, any additional changes are handled through your regular monthly requests.
Completely. Every file, every asset, every line of code belongs to you. If you ever cancel, you keep everything. There's no platform lock-in - your site is built in clean code that can be hosted anywhere.
